    I would watch those Oppies because that is the only way anyone is going to build a decent stake. The Top 20 hold around 50% and watching the trades seems to indicate that there are a lot of holders in the sub 100,000 category that have been selling which means that this is a very tightly held company in terms of number of shareholders. What is it worth as a takeover target?
