Hello ESI Experts - does anyone have any comment in relation to the contingent liability carried on ESI books.

If anyone cares to look there is a contingent liability carried on ESI accounts which states (paraphrased below)

- should ESI not have carried out certain specific tasks at certain points in time then Maddingley and Assoc holds $1 option over the ESI technology and all works conducted up until this point including the pilot Coldry Plant already up and running.

Which in laymans terms means Maddingley and Assoc can purchase ESI teechnology and pilot plant for $1 should certain tasks not be completed. Which as they stand at the moment they haven't.

The next d-day for this is funnily enough July 1 2009.

ESI is at a very interesting juncture indeed - get the IP or perhaps Maddingley will call in all their good work for $1.
