The common cold is caused by Rhinoviruses. I am sorry thalweg, I have to agree with the others.
The reason why Flu is such a concern is because a Bacterial infecton often followed the viral infectoin. It was for that reason A/Bs were prescribed. Avery spent his whole life studying the bacteria causing pneumonia.
In Asia A/Bs are handed out like lollies because the patients think they need them to be cured. That is a major problem.
