    I've no resistance to seeding new and high tech industries

    refining and added value to resources ----------- well, I await confirmation that I'm wrong and in precisely what areas before I have an opinion

    as almost all resource companies are foreign owned ---------- I would come from a different perspective IF those resource companies were Ozzie owned - including with government having a large part of the ownership - like many nations have

    that would be different - but, it's also only one factor.
