so let’s get this correct. We’re going to set up refining and valuing adding processes so that we can process foreign owned companie’s dug up resources and sell off the products to other foreign companies.
So in effect we will be buying our own dirt which is actually owned by foreigners by the time it’s on the surface and paying them top price and then we will be putting in dirty Industries and selling the valued added products to someone else overseas to make articles which they sell back to us at higher prices .
