I agree the unions were way over the top with their demands. som unions, not all though.
but what is the difference between workers unions and business unions or co-operatives such as the BCA?
like any democracy there are a range of needs and options on how to meet those needs.
sensibly managed unions do exist and these work with employers, just as sensible businesses work with employees, to create deals/arrangements which help both sides of the equation.
