I'm not madmacs and I don't know anything much about this company but in a comparison of 32 metals and mining companies by Bill Matlack (available on ktcometals.com) it was one of two companies to get the highest buy rating.
Technically, it looks close to completing a H&S reversal.
Worth keeping an eye on imo. Any other views?
