it's fine to be cynical but if you're overly so you miss opportunities because the BS filter is too stringent meerkat. You perhaps detect too many false positives? As steven says look at the work RIO has already done and look at current prices and draw a reasonable conclusion as to whether it is viable...no good investment is without risk....then ignore all the day to day crap and ramps that go on because they are just white noise. If something fundamentally changes then reassess.
