Yep, I quickly clean the entire list of data daily, then add it to the overall excel data base (one data base for daily shorts, and a separate one for short interest). I briefly attempted to make the database in Access, but gave up after striking some issues (most of which eventually were found to be data issues and not Access issues).
I have automated the process once I have the data, so all i do is enter the code I want, and all the data i need is dragged in (takes maybe 10 seconds or so), and the chart is built. Still a few bugs to iron out, and then I have a couple of other ideas to add to it (which will take some time to build).
