In addition to that, contrary to common belief, naked shorting is also allowed in Australia...to a privileged few (brokers, market makers just to name a couple). Look it up on ASIC if you don't believe me. I know the link but DYOR is better.
Is it all squeaky clean? Well what do you think? Can you point me to anything on ASX that is squeaky clean?
