here is the prevailing pattern as observed by Haspete a good while back,check the threads.
I have overlaid the fibs with 25% quadrants to show the head shoulders 50 split..

I guess you want to know when the base is in for a reversal...thats not a safe call but if the three oscillators shown all cross long and the RSI recovers to 30..on volume its a start.
the dead cat bounce manipulation is also very likely...

while a high volume usually punctuates a bottom shakeout and its in a very tempting % tic range. there is still plenty to be gained by waiting .I have backtested a 20 period exponential moving average to show that it is around midrange of its older steeper trading channel and its recent channel so its safer to wait till it trades above it imo..
