He's right... it's so thinly traded at present you can't determine much from a chart.
The last time it went for a run the oppies were the indicator and were quietly being accumulated a few days prior to an announcement - trading well above their previous lows, and to the uninformed, apparently overpriced, but then the buyers were right.. and extremely fortunate if they sold into the subsequent grab for shares and oppies once the announcement was released.
