House prices rose 15.5% in MAY ALONE in Auckland and thousands head out of the city to Bay of Plenty , Hamilton, Etc. looking for affordable homes. Absolute chaos in Auckland prices, as Asians swanp the city ! Makes Sydneys price rises look very mundane ! How can this continue? Could a monthly rise like this happen in AUSTRALIA??
