Thanks toph, I thought I was missing something. It still is a very tantalising project though. The completion of the PFS and news from the BFS will reveal more in the coming months so we can get a better idea of what to expect share price wise.

I do wonder if a broker will cover CAP now, or wait a few months for a few loose ends (coal, cash transactions) to be tied up. Oftentimes broker reports should be taken with a grain of salt, but after what I read with another iron stock I own, if that group (Southern Cross Equities) could cover CAP then that would be fantastic.
