Excuse my butting in here but to say Heron and GME are at about the same stage of progress is probably true but in only one aspect.
Heron's share price (even with backing from CVRD & BHP)is on the low side also when one reflects on its major projects and its gigantic resource.
Unless a takeover of HRR takes place before the Kalgoorlie Nickel Plant is into production, then, combined with Jump up Dam and discounting any similar projects or deals they might do with their abundant resources, Heron in its own right will become one of Australia's largest nickel producers and a blue chip stock in the making.
There's the big difference and obviously the tightness of the share register would tend to prove that the majority of Heron's share holders know what is on the horizon.

I know that you were merely comparing HRR's Jump up Dam project with GME's project but a lot more to Heron than meets the eye and should not be overlooked and hence the share price performance.
