short term this is dead and hasn't shown anything good in the last month. going below 1.90 very soon all the way back to 1.40-1.60 range. it's more of a fair value and will not come good again until this sector runs again.
serioulsy i don't think the market could care less about what announcements it has or if fertilers are going up. showing no strenght on any given day over the last 3 weeks.
its not looking good.
what a waste of time it is investing in stocks which are full of fluff
