Currently petro, is over $10 a litre in Burma - albeit from the Cyclone. This has trebled the original price of just over $3 a litre. This all happened in August last year.
Even still the price is subsidised by the Junta, and your limited to two gallons at any one purchase. Anymore and you have to go black market.
