Its hard to understand why. As I see it this sale should improve their debt level and also reduce interest payments and payments to BNB for "so called" management fees. However offsetting this is that these wind farms were profitable and will cause a small reduction in EPS, even after allowing for above offsets.
But SP drop seems to have ben far overdone.
