Agree batroc. The only thing they are getting incentive for is doing a terrible job to date. I mean 3mmcf if all management and directors sat down for a meal of fried onions they could produce more that 3mmcf without even turning the taps on.
To pull out the archives to see if there is any free shares they missed. No wonder admin was so high. The idiots who run this have been rumoging through boxes in the addic for the last 3 months to get some free shares. No wonder there is nothing of signifigance to announce.
CAUSE THEY HAVE BEEN DOING NOTHING...
I think their targets for reward are a discrace but at least they have some equity now.
