    Either that or they are about to go into chapter 11 or 7, and another million or 5 from the SPP wasn't going to stop them.

    June 30 Approaches.
    Common time for companies to go into receivership just prior to June 30, and claim they didn't realise things were so bad until it was nearly the end of the financial year.
