Its often difficult to work out what his point is.

Why bother buying shares in ODY if MAE is its only asset? Thats like going on a date - with your sister isn't it? If MAE go out the back door - ODY goes with them...but ODY can also go out the back door of its own volition. If MAE go through the roof, ODY holders only partially benefit. Unless I'm missing something here - there's no point in holding ODY at all..is there ?
