Even you have to acknowledge that $1 is a million miles away at this time and on present market cap - the debt which i understand to be $25M outweighs the market cap which is $24M.

I can think of only one way ODY can consider a cap return if its sole asset is its MAE holding...and that would not be good for MAE..not good at all.
