    As I have learnt,
    ODY price has always been a discount to MAE price due to the fact that any deal that MAE does with a third party may be beneficial to ODY but may not translate as cleanly into shareholder funds/dividend/capital return .
    ie) if MAE is taken over, ODY still exists (potentially with alot of cash)
