Looks similar.
At the moment a $1k investment will give you a $40k liability. I doubt that will sound attractive to many people. If the price falls as low as Brisconnections that calculation could go as bad as $1k investment giving a $400k liability. That is nowhere near as bad as BCS, but still not very attractive.
Like BCS they've just cancelled their distribution.
