The only thing that makes sense to me is that G@y Clown 1.0 has been analysing the results, followed by (or in tandem with) a JV partner doing due diligence.
If they were going to come to the market for money they would have done so by now. I don't think they have enough time to do a SPP at this stage.
The above would also explain why none of the directors have made any on market purchases at these low levels.
We have the half yearly report due soon so all should be revealed by then.
