With the low SOI tightly held perhaps they have exhausted weathered holders and buying their own shares became costly or the million $ mark was their fill . Sitting on the fence like they have has possibly avoided a far greater S/P deterioration whilst we have this extended delay with results. I have been caught terribly before with a large Brokerage firm telling a very convincing story [ up ramping ] and capping a stock as they quietly snuck out reloading millions of shares inconspicuously so being capped with proof of accumulation is ok with me as much as I find it annoying. I am very curious as to who it is and their motive. Big boys entering is good, it's when they exit that it really really hurts...
