Howdy. Never seen so many cockys in town. They have come out of the hills in droves. I guess no-one can get on the paddocks? All the old timers say a big drought is followed by big rains and there is more to come, can't beat those old timers . I would imagine the drillers would be in the pub too, not be much activity in the paddocks. We were to go on an excursion yesterday but called it off early when the drizzle started. No good on the gate to homestead and absolutely no chance of getting near the paddocks. Another time. Hopefully next week or the week after get a very good idea and get to eyeball the terrain of Lady Ilse? Was also talking to a farmhand where the other MAG field is, but didn't glean much from that other than there is a lot of gold out that way. I know that already, but where..........
