    that's not how it works. Judges don't decide guilt.

    This judge didn't even have the jurors return guilty on rape.

    Clearly this judge just made their personal opinion known - a personal opinion they shouldn't have if they were at all professional and not out for political points.

    So NO, a judge's opinion is not accepted for the "absolute truth" defense, HC and yourself very well could be sued for your comment.
