The main reason IMO is the portfolio is showing better performance. On two occasions over last 5 months MGOC beat the world index and it is running pretty well in May too up to now. Compare it to calandra year 2021 when it under performed every month to tune of 16% for the year. In addition companies like FB,Nextflex, Google are now at much lower multiples. I think portfolio is set up for the current times with increasing interest rates. I am not sure how the $31 valuation was arrived, but I can see around $20, if the outflow comes to a halt.
