It appears our thinking is along the same tracks.
Magellan's SHs (NASDAQ - MPET) appear to be getting a little nervous too:

This is from a double top high of $3.45 in Jan and Mar this year.
One other point. We may grumble about the length of time MEO take over their transactions. This Santos/Magellan deal has been going on for 14 months now.
