This thread is just another example of some posters mischief making. If you are talking about a TO, start talking when a potential purchaser has close to 20%, not about share holdings of less than 5%.

If you are talking about a SA tell me who will pay a price which will meet the requirements of a SA, one of which is the agreement of SHs who own 20% of the shares.

I don't know if these posters think their mischief is fun but let it be know I don't think so. I do so for the same reason as Paul Harris who stated on the comments on the GSA and GTA agreement. I believe Paul Harris's comments are just as relevant in this situation. May I remind readers Paul Harris stated:

"I am however concerned that your regular misleading observations on the subject will possibly influence the judgement of shareholders whose depth of research is not adequate to address such questions. That could have a material impact on the company's anti-takeover stance and therefore undesirable."
