Could also make a butter specifically for red meats. A nice compound butter that you could scoop and melt onto a barbecue as you grill.

Concerning their new ice cream range, could they blend the quince fruit into an ice cream? I'd imagine the flavours would go well together, just a matter of cutting through that dairy base.

I don't think MBH has ever had an issue dreaming up new products, the problem is that they don't understand their position in the market: Specifically, they just don't have the pricing power they think they deserve.
