I agree that TLU has had a series of 'issues', but with such a small market cap, and several (potentially) very good projects I consider there to be more upside than downside from here. I am also extremely encouraged by the MD underwriting the issue to the tune of $200k. Don't see many willing to put a substantial amount of their hard earned on the line in the small cap sector so this gives me a lot of comfort.

Not for the faint hearted - but I will definitely be taking up my rights.
