Blatant downramping and inaccurate! The deposit is not burried under 50m, it is at most 60m deep making it world's shallowest deposit! You be seriously kidding yourself thinking the other stock is not open pit!
40% grades have been found in many other stocks you mention, nothing special and especially when it is only for a small intersection of 2-4m. You will find the average grade is only a fraction higher for ELM! Oh, I really do need to emphasise 2-4 wide intersections, other stocks run into double digits.
