What type of things are we needing to prop up a case with ASIC?

I have gone through announcements and a report of Ocean Equities Ltd which show the prospects for more DSO,Marra Mamba Detritals,CID,Detritals and Itabirite.

It is clearly evident from what I have highlighted on these announcements and the report that there is a huge amount of high grade Marra Mamba/Brockman DSO,CID,Marra Mamba Detritals and Itabirite style iron ore in the tenements.
Even Railway has a lot of high grade Detritals.

A report I have states,The major source in the Pilbara for CID also known as pisolitic iron ore,is the Marra Mamba Formation which can be up to 500mts thick.
Channel iron deposits are a major source of cheap,high grade iron ore exploited primarily in the Pilbara and Murchison regions of Western Australia.
The nodules are concentrated into alluvial and alluvial washes leading from the source regions,and typically fill palaeochannels.They are washed from the source banded iron formations into a river bed. (Yandi Headwaters).

CID Deposits.
The key economic criteria for channel iron deposits are,firstly tonnage and location relative to infrastructure similar to other commodities.

Detrital Deposits.
Detrital Iron Deposits are similar to channel iron where the iron particles are larger and form either loose gravels of concentrated iron oxide pebbles or cemented Hematite conglomerates.The quality of the iron in these types of deposits depends on the banded iron formations from which they come. (UMC = Marra Mamba and Brockman)
