magna back in the game, page-7

Sorry for being tardy, but other matters more pressing!

My personal read on this is that Magna do not have to do anything. The Court came down in their favor and although appealed, that was a "no brainer" as a delay tactic.

The reality is, other parties have now got to somehow unwind the quite substantial finance agreements that have transpired since Magna were legged out of the tenements. This is like a very big game of poker, with Magna holding an ace high straight.

As for cash and oppies, well, if they need a kick in to see this through, I'm in! I suspect it will only be a matter of time, and not a lot of time, before someone is knocking on their door to either sound out a settlement (best option) or, a JV (unlikely).

The upside from here in my opinion is substantial.
