I think Magna is a pecfect vehicle for Forsys to capitalise on their investment on Ancash.

If they can settle out of court and merge Ancash with Magna whereby Forsys would become a major sharehold, I reckon they can get the share price above the 10c mark. And with 300-400 m Magna oppies out there, they can easily raise $30-$40 million to develop the resource. Money for jam I reckon.
