Looks like the magnemask whitening product is destined for the Philippines - population 106 million.
A Cosmetic Product Notification was lodged last week with the FDA.
I've no idea how long it takes from lodgment to getting the green light, but the ball's rolling.
Maybe Jacetheace or others have more knowledge on the prodecure?
