With the change of the guard (Chairman), imo we should also consider coming to the realisation as Shareholders, that even on this forum, that change is required. No more unintelligent spouting off and harassing the new BoD unnecessarily. Perhaps start showing some respect to those who have been around for many years that may be able to assist and offer insight, before approaching the BoD on an almost weekly basis. And if you continually end your post with 'IMO', 'DYOR' or 'just my opinion with years of due diligence and Research'...then please ensure that you have indeed done your due dilgence & research or at least utilised the resources available on Hotcopper first.

By all means, hold the new BoD accountable when they fall short of expectations, but at least give them time to settle in and the space to enact change that will be for the benefit of ALL Shareholders.
