OK thanks smac, so the words are from Tim, who says the gist of what he was able to conclude was that management in a circumspect way implied the rate was in the 3-5% range.
Personally I'll conclude that rate as an unproven rumour then. I don't have a lot of faith in the accuracy of Tim's information based on historical evidence. I would be very happy if the above was in fact the case.
