Breakthrough tech takes time to be validated and commercialised. We all know this and are now at the pointy end. Just a little bit more patience is required. The potential outcomes are clearly skewed to the upside IMO.
As for opportunity cost, it's a relative question. If you thought there were more attractive places to invest your money you probably would have done it already rather than discussing it here. I have cycled in between a few blue sky holdings like OBJ, mainly recycling capital into OBJ, in anticipation of 'the announcement' and whilst it has been disappointing of late I don't have any less confidence that it is coming.
You can't control what traders do, neither can management, so why worry about them. This stock should ping if the Quarterly Cash Flow reports show a material increase in cash flow and when its future pipeline comes online or at least closer to commercialisation.
