    The magres IPO spinoff from IMA opens 26thFeb and is tipped to close early, oversubscribed.
    IMA holders are to receive a priority green application form but no sign of it yet. It has been stated that the cut off date for this privilege is "yet to be determined" (see ann 19thFeb).
    This, and imminent mineral sands anns, make it a very interesting time for this stock.
