Depends on the JV percentages imo.

JV's have put good foundations under SP's, if not being a catalyst for a trip to the moon. But it's got to be done right so that you don't lose investor confidence.

Hopefully when it comes time management don't give away too much to the JV partner. For example, FYI Resources SP crashed when Alcoa given 65% and control of JV. (Sept 21)

I believe HIO management with the guidance of Citi will nail it right and build a strong foundation for SP appreciation to the moon.

Get ready for it and don't forget your seatbelts.
