I wish I had the answer there.
All holders and intending, I.M.V. should summarise their own research with a 1 page (4 quadrant) S.W.O.T. analysis. There are several explained in detail on the web and make their own call about holding or exiting. Just appreciate that Strengths and Weaknesses are what is known, whereas Opportunities and Threats are perceived or value/risk judgements.
If you decide to hold or just keep a watch on HIO, remember to update your S.W.O.T. research/analysis.
