My personal valuation is irrelevant. I always take market value. There is a Buy at market and a Sell at market button on the platform I use. Sometimes the market values HIO (and all others) with an Unsettled factor - ie going up and/or down quickly. Other times like now it is very very obviously valued at 10c. That value is based on all the tangible and intangibles known today. If the Board punch out their Strat Review today that is likely to change those inputs and the market will revalue HIO - either UP or DOWN.
