Why are these companies going to offer that deal when the current market cap is 80m?

I would like to see a CR on the back of the strategic review to shareholders.
How much do we need to amend the BFS for a 5-10mtpa initial phase project? $5-10m?

After the BFS is released (which we all expect some great numbers)
How much equity is needed to be raised to fund the initial phase of the project? $200-300m?
I believe both would get support and funding from the market.

Otherwise, let's just wait to be snapped up by a major for cents to the dollar.
I can't see how we have any negotiation power when we are valued so low and without a plan to succeed by ourselves.
