    I would have to think that once they begin to break ground with earnest they will need a further CR to fully manage the recovery, at least it will be a certain event based on the field assessment. The IPO is really to fund admin and exploration.

    Thats the way these smaller mining companies work. A never ending story of CRs. But I am holding on for the ride. It would be worse if they didnt dind any substantial manganese deposits.
