    Location: WA - right next to MGX Extention Hill


    History: MGX sold Extention Hill to Chinese Group Sinom in 2005. MGX recieved $52.5mn for 250mt.



    So, ACS have at least twice what MGX sold right next door, and FE prices are up AT LEAST 100% since
