magnetite trickles out. so what?

At issue is not that parts of the plant can be turned on for one load of magnetite.

The plant has 7-8 stages with no intermediate storage. All stages have to operate simultaneously, 24/7. Essentially, all stages will be controlled by one ON/OFF switch. All 4 lines must do this before nameplate is reached. There is no room for error.

Delays and commissioning costs are eating into the cap raising recently completed and more funds may be needed.
