JL Mag (a major Chinese player) is building a plant in Mexico to recycle and manufacture magnets by 2025.
Not a huge volume at present (3 ktpa magnets) but a foot in the door. Given NAFTA and North American inputs I guess they would count as ex-China even tho the producer is Chinese.Anyone know this stuff with any certainty?
